Moving On

Because of the imminent death of the Twilight Hack, and not having enough time when I'm home, I'm stepping away from WiiDoom. If anyone would like to take over this project, let me know and I'll hand over the GoogleCode site. It's been so much fun working on this, and I'm very grateful for everyone's support.

I may resume work on this or another project in the future. We'll see....

Awesome. Thanks a lot for all your hard work. I really use this software quite a bit. It's one of my fav things to do on the Wii, along with the Quake port. This really is one of the stand out products on WiiBrew.

Thanks again, I look forward to your next project!

WiiDoom is one of the best homebrew, hope you're gonna resume your work on it, one day...

ps : TP Hack is not dead, and even if Nintendo fights it, The Homebrew Channel will still let us play all those great apps.

Sorry to hear about this. If you want, you could hand over admin duties to me since I am already a member of the project. My time is limited as well, so I cannot promise much in the way of new features, but at least I could manage the google code site. I have started maintaining a SDL port for the Wii over at WiiApple, so I am interested in making sure WiiDoom works with it.

Thanks for the great program. It is the reason I started using and coding homebrew.

We no longer need the twilight hack anymore, plus the DS port of PrBOOM has began again, not to mention the fact that a lot has improved in the Wii scene since you took your leave! :)

I really hope you come back to polish off this project, and perhaps add in network support so that maybe some day we can do death match and co-op via DS to Wii.

Also it would be nice to see the GL side of the PrBOOM windows sourced added in eventually.

I hope you have time to return to this.

P.S. ZDOOM is on the GP32, I wonder if that is portable?

Thankx for what you've given!!!
